We really strive to be honest, fair, and dependable. In return, we expect the same from our buyers. Due to the recent happenings, a few "bad apples" ruined some things we were originally very easy going about. Since then, we have decided to change up a few ground rules with our sales in order to be fair to all our clients as well as the horses and ourselves!
Forms of payment.
We are no longer accepting personal checks. We work very hard to bring our clients safe and dependable mount and we LOVE doing it! However, our barn help and ourselves deserve to be paid on time. Please be prepared to pay via cash (most preferred), Venmo, PayPal and if needed, a cashiers check.
Can I put a deposit on a horse?
The short answer is, no. You are welcome to schedule a time to come see the horse or do a PPE, however, horses are not sold until paid for. Regardless if a PPE is scheduled or not. It's not fair to our other clients if one person holds a horse for a week, and then decides they want something different five days later! Please note- we will NEVER require a deposit to see a horse.
Return policy.
All sales are final. Please make sure that you are ready to purchase a horse. We are not responsible for buyers remorse, angry husbands, or a trainer who wanted you to buy that TB instead of a QH! Please understand that we are VERY confident in our horses, however it takes a short amount of time for a rider to make a horse sour. As an owner, it is your responsibility to ensure your riding, care, tack fit, etc. is suitable for a horses well-being! Please keep in mind, we are happy to help assist in the sale of your horse if needed, however we are not required to take the horse back.
